How to earn Top Eats
On the 1st of every month, we determine if you’ve met performance criteria for the five metrics below over the past 90 days. If you do, you'll earn or keep your Top Eats status. You can check your performance and the goals for each metric in Uber Eats Manager.
Average star rating
Customers know they can expect outstanding food and service from these restaurants based on reviews from other customers.
Your customers can feel confident ordering from a restaurant that has mastered delivery.
When customers come looking for your restaurant in-app, they know you’ll be available and ready for their order.
Missed order rate
Rare unaccepted orders means your hungry customers can rely on you to deliver.
Inaccurate order rate
Your customers know you’re a perfectionist and offer consistency in every order.
- Do I have to actively enroll to be eligible for Top Eats status?
No, after being on Uber Eats for at least 90 days, your restaurant is automatically eligible to earn Top Eats status.
- Do I pay for Top Eats status?
Top Eats status is earned, not paid. Restaurants qualify through great work on real orders and your customers will know they can expect a stellar experience every order.
- Do I need to be on Uber Eats for a certain period of time to earn Top Eats status?
Yes, you need at least 90 days on Uber Eats to be eligible. If you meet this tenure and the metric goals after your first 90 days, you can earn Top Eats status.
- What happens if I lose my Top Eats status?
Losing your Top Eats status doesn’t mean you can’t earn it again. You can see your performance in Uber Eats Manager to pinpoint improvement areas and use the guide provided in the Top Eats dashboard to learn about actions you can take.
- Will users know I’m a Top Eats restaurant?
Yes, users will see a badge next to your restaurant’s name and will be able to filter for restaurants with Top Eats status in the app.
