- How is online ordering different from how I currently partner with Uber Eats?
Online ordering enables you to create your own ordering page to reach customers beyond Uber Eats. Customers can place and track orders directly from your website and you can access customer data if they opt in at checkout. Soon, you’ll be able to customize your page with your logo and brand colors.
- How long does it take to set up online ordering?
Creating an online ordering page is quick and easy—log in to Uber Eats Manager, accept the Terms and Conditions, and get started accepting orders today. Online ordering leverages your existing menu and hours, so there’s no additional setup. After creating your page, copy the link provided to your social media platforms or get a button to embed into your website.
- How do I set my menu offerings and my hours?
No need! Your online ordering page uses your existing menu and hours, so there’s no additional setup. If you’d like to make changes, log in to Uber Eats Manager. Changes will apply to both your existing menu and your online ordering page.
- How do I add online ordering to my website?
After accepting the Terms and Conditions, your online ordering page is created in one-click. You can copy the link to add to your website and share with your customers.
- How do I add online ordering to my social media platforms?
After opting in, you can select “copy link” under the Online Ordering Tab. Thereafter, copy and paste this link to your social media platforms. We encourage you to add this to your Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Account to maximise potential conversion to an order.
- How do customers access online ordering from my website?
You’ll receive a custom link, which you can add to your website, social media, newsletters, and more to start accepting orders. When customers click this link, they’ll be taken directly to your online ordering page.
- How do I receive an order?

- How and when will I get paid for online orders?
You will receive your payments on the same schedule that you currently do with Uber Eats.
- How do I create a promotion for my online ordering site?
Create promotions in the Marketing tab of Uber Eats Manager the same way you would for your existing menu. Any promotions that you run will be available to customers via your online ordering page and your existing menu.
- Can I set up online ordering if I’m not an existing Uber Eats partner?
