- How is online ordering different from how I currently partner with Uber Eats?
Online ordering enables you to create your own ordering page to reach customers beyond Uber Eats. Customers can place and track orders powered by Uber Eats directly from your website. Starting soon, you’ll be able to customise your page with your logo and brand colours as well as access customer data if they opt in at checkout.
- How long does it take to set up online ordering?
Creating an online ordering page is quick and easy – log in to Restaurant Manager, accept the Terms and Conditions, then start accepting orders today. Online ordering leverages your existing menu and hours, so there’s no additional setup. Once you’ve created your page, copy the link provided or get a button to embed into your website.
- How do I set my menu offerings and my hours?
No need! Your online ordering page uses your existing menu and hours, so there’s no additional setup. If you’d like to make changes, log in to Restaurant Manager. Changes will apply to both your existing menu and your online ordering page.
- How do I add online ordering to my website?
After you accept the Terms and Conditions, your online ordering page will be created in one click. Copy the link to add to your website and share with your customers.
- How do customers access online ordering from my website?
You’ll receive a custom link, which you can add to your website, social media, newsletters and more to start receiving orders. When customers click this link, they’ll be taken directly to your online ordering page. We’ll also provide copyable code to add to your website editor if you’d prefer to add a stylised button to your website.
- How do I receive an order?

You’ll receive your payments on the same schedule that you currently do with Uber Eats.
- How do I create a promotion for my online ordering site?
Create promotions in the Marketing tab of Restaurant Manager the same way you would for your existing menu. Any promotions you run will be available to customers via your online ordering page and your existing menu.
- Can I set up online ordering if I’m not an existing Uber Eats partner?
